As soon as I get that pullley I am going for 10psi (for now) which should give me about 130hp. Later on after I rework the inside of the engine I will go for 15psi which should put me at around 150hp.
The great thing about a blower is while the HP does go up, the torque is insane, you get max torque almost instantly and keep it all the way to max HP.
Can't wait to start playing with it. I just hope the head gaskets hold up.

i thought you would make the 3rd pulley an adjustable one.
so if the belt would strech you can control its tension

I did make one, I just haven't put it on yet... waiting for the last pulley to get here.

haha ok
cause when i read the topic on that other forum i saw the picture of a bracket you made to mount that 3rd pulley
but i couldnt figure out how you would control the tension with that bracket

It has a tension bolt, and then 2 more to hold everything tight. As the belt gets loose you tighten the tension bolt.

ok that seems like a good way to keep it nice and tight.

I am friggen tired! I have been leaning over that bike all day...
I will tell you one thing... it has INSTANT throttle response and it smells great.
You can feel the pressure coming out of the exhuast, it really feels powerful... Much harder pump than a normal 730.
1) I need to reroute the throttle cable, it's binding...
2) this might be bad news, when I blip the throttle the boost gauge jumped to 10psi... I am no where near full throttle... what's it going to do? 20psi? 25? I might need to redo the inside of the engine after all.
3) it blew a 11.3 at ilde with dynojet 175/180... don't have 2 of the same jet.
The fun begins tomorrow after work...
If you listen close you can hear the whine... my pipes are loud... (I don't know why but the sound in my videos is always delayed)
